The Hospitaller Order of St John of God is an International religious Order of Borthers. In 50 countries throughout the world, it provides Health, Social Care and Pastoral services to the sick, vunerable and disadvantaged people. Following the legacy of its founder, St John of God, Hospitality and compassion are shown following the rich heritage of 500 years of service. There is a Community in this Parish, and the Order in Welwyn and Hatfield provides services for Adults with disability, People who are homeless, People with drug and alcohol problems . . . helps build Community (Woodhall), and runs a Horticultural training centre for women and men with varying types of disability.
